Our roots and heritage are from the waters of St. Bernard Parish, Louisiana.. Gordon is a third generation oyster fisherman, who has brought his family, culture and their cusine to Osyka to share with you. We share a mixture of family recipes, including but not limited to cajun, creole, and southeastern bayou.
