Mississippi is a place where you can grab fried food on practically every corner, which is fine. But these days people are becoming more health conscious and looking for alternative meal concepts. We are not trying to force a diet on anyone but rather we encourage healthy living. Our soups, salads, sandwiches & smoothies are missing ingredients and preservatives you usually can't pronounce found in most foods you eat, especially here in Mississippi. We always say, "Build a better meal, build a better body and build a better soul." We live by coconut oil and believe that good food should be affordable. ​ We are currently open for music events but will be serving healthy pescatarian and vegetarian meals at our new Fondren location soon.
